Chad took my request for Help for my Service Dog with a warmth and positive attitude. Honestly, I was a nervous wreck. We needed his help last minute and he was awesome. He suggested a later walking time , becuz of the Arizona heat! We came from out of town and he communicated his knowledge about the area and had great questions about our Emma Lu. Chad took Emma’s care seriously and was her personal service human for an hour . The Hotel Manager said he was polite and professional and that Emma liked him! I highly recommend Chad and Fur Heart! Preparing For Your Pet Sitter
Before any first visit, we schedule a Meet & Greet. This allows us to get to know you and your pets, learn about routines, feeding, quirks, and favorite toys—and make sure everyone feels comfortable.
This meeting helps us build the connection that makes our care so personal and reliable.
